Further, people belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) community and to those people Below Poverty Line (BPL) can be offered at a special rate of 2% below the normal rate for all Non-agricultural Loans & Advances issued by the Branches of the Bank. The above special rate of 2% below the normal rate shall be offered subject to obtention /verification and confirmation of the necessary certificates as per the guidelines issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. The revised rates of interest on Loans & Advances will be applicable with effect from 31-10-2011 onwards.
